The bestest cheese omelette!
Crack some eggs. Add some milk and beat.
Pour on a hot skillet, cut (or if mama is lazy, she just tear) cheese slices into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the eggs.
Carefully turn both sides of omelette while trying not to let the melted cheese to get out. Anyway that's a job for big hands. Let it cook for a while and remove.
It needs a little garnishing, and since we never have enough of cheese...we cut more cheese and decorate as we please while it is still hot...Yummy!

OOOHHHHHHhhhh .. me luv em cheez omelettes ... esp when it's slightly runny inside ...
My mak angkat omputeh (Aunty Marie, we call her) had a canggih way of making em omelettes for me ... she would separate the eggs .slightly beat the yolks with some milk and whip em egg whites until they form peaks like a 'bride on her wedding nite!!!!' ..she said it ..not I ...
Then slowly FOLD the egg yolk in the whites ...Pour the mixture into a pan ... add whatever u fancy ..(she used to do prawn n cheese for me) .. add seasoning .. Put the pan on the stove .. when slightly done, fold egg into 2 ...
The ommy would be ever so lite and yummy ... Sometimes she would put it in the oven instead of diret fire and the ommy would puff up ... blisssss ...
